Planetarium / Moscow

The Moscow Planetarium, founded in 1929, has Europe’s largest cupola with a diameter of 25 meters. After an extensive refurbishment and modification to the complex, the planetarium reopened its doors to the public in 2011.

REIER delivered more than 40 display cases, some of which are made of curved security glass. All display cases feature an innovative lighting system where LED lighting of the pedestal behind blue-tinted glass contributes to the exhibition’s futuristic impression.
