Bavarian National Museum

Barock and Rokoko

On 9 July 2015, the Bavarian National Museum celebrated its reopening of the Museum’s west wing after several years of restoration. In a space of roughly 1,500 square meters more than 600 showpieces of 17th and 18th century art are exhibited. On display are precious ivory cabinets, works by goldsmiths, magnificent clocks, furniture, glassware and porcelain, of which many once furnished the various Wittelsbach residences.

REIER therefore delivered 38 display cases as well as 28 wall display cases of various dimensions and designs. All display cases are designed according to the highest conservation requirements and technical standards and do fulfil all requirements for low-emission materials and tightness.
