The British Museum - Percival David Gallery
London

The British Museum’s Percival David Gallery has one of the world’s foremost collections of Chinese ceramics, the highlight of which is the pair of Yuan Dynasty “David Vases” (AD 1351).

REIER supplied glass display cases with complex illumination and presentation systems for the opening of this state-of-the-art gallery to house Sir David’s impressive collection. To protect the 1,700 objects from vibration, the case interiors are disengaged from the outer shell. A 23 meter wall display case with 28 concealed-hinge doors is the piece de résistance.
